My role model/inspiration is Eddie Betts. Eddie Betts is a professional AFL player in the Adelaide team. He used to be in a team from Melbourne, but luckily switched to Adelaide!
Eddie is my inspiration because he is very resilient. When his team loses, he still exits the field with a grin and plans how to win next time. He is a gracious winner and he is also extremely positive. Not to mention, he’s one of the best players on the field!
Eddie Betts is also very resilient when the crowd boos him for being aboriginal. Lots of people use incredibly rude words against him, and one lady even threw a banana at him! Yet still, he forgives them and keeps playing.
All you have to do is search up Eddie Betts, and you will find stories about him that everyone can feel inspired by.
